Our “shell & core” package is an increasingly popular option for clients who require the shell of their basement to be completed prior to commencing interiors and fit out.

A completed shell and core project will include excavation of the basement (or expansion) together with installation of structural steelwork, waterproofing, drainage pumping equipment, and a screeded floor, after which the project would be ready for the client’s appointed fitting out contractor to complete their works.
